For the last year and a half, I’ve been running a Windows XP MCE machine,, (Well, I should actually have said Windows XP *CRASH* machine….)
It looses all channels upon startup from standby = shutdown+restart,
the guide listings cannot be downloaded = shutdown+restart
it crashes for no apparent reason = shutdown+restart.. etc. etc..
My friend Tor Magnus recently linked me to the videos embedded in this post, and after watching these I think I’m going to try to install LinuxMCE
(I wonder why?). So, I’ve downloaded LinuxMCE 0710 Beta 3, and I’ll install it as soon as I get time to do so.
I’ll post my results when I have them… ;)
